Boxing – Boxing is a full body workout, which requires focus and technic. Classes include warm up exercises, skipping, shadow boxing and circuit. It focuses on your upper body, core strength, great for improved posture, stress-relief, and weight loss.
Body Attack – BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.
Zumba – Zumba combines exercise with fun as it joins aerobics with dancing to the rhythm of Latin American sounds. The most important benefit of Zumba is that it gets you hooked and works out your entire body.
