We offer 4 different styles of yoga..

Experience the perfect blend of Ashtanga and Kripalu Yoga in our Yoga Flow and Connect class. This class invites you to know, accept, and learn from your body, allowing you to find your own level of practice by looking inward. Each session begins with calming breathing exercises and gentle stretches, followed by a series of individual poses seamlessly combined into a flowing sequence, ending with a final relaxation. This class is ideal for beginners seeking a holistic introduction to yoga.

Delve into deeper flexibility and self-connection with our Yoga Dive Deep class. Combining the styles of Yin and Hatha Yoga, this class emphasizes holding passive poses for extended periods. Through mindful breathing, you’ll create space, balance energy, and clear emotional blockages. Dive Deep targets deep tissues, ligaments, joints, bones, and fascia, offering a profound practice for intermediate yogis looking to deepen their practice.

Build physical strength and endurance while enhancing flexibility in our Yoga Strength and Reset class. This class combines dynamic movements with pose holding to develop both core and accessory strength. It’s suitable for practitioners of all levels, from beginners to advanced, offering a balanced approach to developing a strong and flexible body.

 

Indulge in deep relaxation with our Restorative Yoga class. Spend each session in four or five simple poses, using props like blankets and bolsters to fully relax without exerting any effort. This class is designed to help you sink into a state of deep rest and recovery, making it perfect for all experience levels, from novices to seasoned yogis.

About Celia - Our Instructor

Celia discovered her passion for yoga as a teenager, finding serenity, fitness, and mental clarity in her grandmother’s home studio. For 15 years, she immersed herself in the practice and philosophy of yoga, deepening her understanding and connection. In 2019, she embarked on her journey to become a certified yoga instructor.

Celia’s teaching style is a harmonious blend of traditional yoga practices, including Hatha, Iyengar, Yin, Ashtanga, and Kundalini. She skillfully combines these diverse elements to create dynamic, engaging, and inspiring sessions. Her classes are designed to not only challenge the body but also to nourish the mind and soul, leaving students feeling revitalized and deeply connected to their inner selves.
